Empowering Women in Tân Châu

Tuyết (45) and Nhỏ (36), two resilient women from Tân Châu in An Giang Province, have lived with physical disabilities since early childhood. For years, they supported their families by selling lottery tickets—dragging themselves through the streets with extraordinary determination.

GGB provided mobile chairs to help them transition from survival to self-sufficiency. With newfound mobility, they can now sell fruits, flowers, and lottery tickets with greater ease, dignity, and independence. Their strength reminds us that barriers—physical or social—should never define one’s potential. These two women are living proof of courage in motion.
