Generously Giving Back is currently collecting backpacks stuffed with essential items to be given to Boyle Street Community Services. Boyle Street will then distribute the Generously Giving Backpacks to Edmonton’s homeless.
Backpacks should be new or gently used, and preferably gender neutral in theme and color.
Each backpack should be filled with the following:
- 1 Water Bottle
- 1 Face Cloth
- 1 Toothbrush
- 1 Toothpaste
- 2 pairs of socks
- 1 pair of mittens/gloves
- 1 Toque /Beanie/Hat
- 1 Comb
- 1 roll of Toilet Paper
- 1 package of Wet wipes
- 1 package /box of tissues
- 1 bottle of Shampoo
- 1 bottle of Conditioner
- 1 bottle of soap body wash
- 1 bottle of Lotion
- 1 Lip balm
- 1 Deodorant (gender neutral in scent)
- 1 Light blanket/throw
- 4 nut free granola bars
