Stocking the Shelves – Edmonton Food Bank Support

In December 2018, a dedicated shopping trip to Costco was organized to purchase essential food items for the Edmonton Food Bank. The goal was to help replenish supplies during the holiday season—a time when demand for food assistance rises sharply among low-income families, seniors, and individuals facing housing insecurity.

The cart was filled with high-need staples including:

- pasta and pasta sauce

- Canned vegetables and beans

- juice, peanut butter, and cereal

- baby formula, fruit snacks and granola for the children

The donation was delivered directly to the Edmonton Food Bank, contributing to their holiday hamper program and general distribution efforts.
